First of all, I'm shocked that you actually scanned the QR code and didn't just throw the tag away. Manaal (our lovely barista) came up with the idea of sticking these on people's bottles, but Hailey and I made fun of it thinking no one would bother reading them. Now Manaal can say at least ONE person got the memo.

Second, you might be wondering what the point of this "rebrand" is and what it means for the future of our little café...

Rest assured, the healthy food and vibes you love aren't going anywhere. We wanted to change the name so that we could be more clear about... well... what we even are (yes, pun intended.)

People driving on Kuykendahl or looking us up on Google had no idea that "The Well in Spring" was a café, so now our new name literally has the words café and bistro in it. Yeah I know... genius stuff.

But we didn't want to just make this about us. We wanted to take this opportunity to make changes that have been long overdue and highly requested by all you foodies and coffee snobs.

Here's just a peek at all the changes you'll see now and during our Grand Reopening on October 24th:

• NEW MENU: We redid the menu to simplify the ordering process. No more markers! Starting October 24th, we'll have a traditional-style menu with tons of healthy and delicious additions, including new specialty smoothies, new house special toasts and sandwiches, a kids menu, and something we know a lot of you have been asking for...

MATCHA LATTES AND CAPPUCCINOS ARE NOW BLOOMING!

• GRAB-&-GO GOODIES: Sweet treats and filling meals are now conveniently available as grab-&-go options. We're now officially faster than fast food (and wayyyy healthier.)
• HERBAL TEA BAR: Fill your own jar with a wide variety of herbs that keep you feeling sharp during your busy day and relaxed before you hit the hay. No jar? No problem! Choose from our assortment of mason jars and save 50% OFF PER OUNCE on your first herb refill!
• CLEAN COMMITMENT: We've always prided ourselves on using as many organic ingredients as possible. We're now going a step further with a simple promise: No BS in any of our menu items—period. Besides the coffee syrups, this means no artificial preservatives, flavors, sweeteners, seed oils or anything you can't pronounce. We're even going as far as making the salad dressings ourselves from scratch using clean ingredients.
• A NEW LOOK: Our updated branding will better match the cozy, intimate vibe you all love so much—making you feel even more at home.

As cool as all of this is, we had to save the best for last...
